Annual Club Meeting/Activity.
The annual club meeting/activity is scheduled every year in February on Thursday in conjunction with the Utah Boat Show. Look for e-mail reminders and posts on this blog for details about the annual meeting/activity.
Bi-Annual Utah Water Ski Club Adopt-a-Park Service Projects/Activity.
The club has two adopt-a-park service projects every year on the third Saturday in May and the third Saturday in September. Members are required to attend at least one Adopt-a-Park service project every year. The service projects are a great way for the club to give back to the Utah Lake State Park and is also a great way for club members, family, friends, and wait list members to get to know each other. Lunch is served after the May project which is normally from 10-12pm, in September we usually work from 10-11am with no lunch. Look for e-mail reminders and posts on this blog for details about the adopt-a-park service projects/activity.
Tournaments.
Link to all water ski tournaments going on in Utah. http://sanctions.dataweb.com/default.view?TState~eq=UT All club members including family members get to ski for free in the GOODE Utah State Championships at Sunten Lakes, does not include Friday practice. In order to ski free in this tournament each member will need to enter on-line before the dead line. When you get to the payment step you can use the clubs PayPal account to pay, e-mail Scot Chipman for instructions.
Portable Slalom Course and Air-Chair.
The club has a Insta-slalom portable slalom course and Air-Chair for use by club members. Please contact Tim Peterson (801) 652-0089 to get on the reservation list to use the clubs portable slalom course and/or Air-Chair. If you need instructions on how to set up the course go to Insta-slalom.
